In an effort to all children to enjoy treats at our holiday party, it is important to have food ingredients checked to ensure the safety of all students. To make this process easier and to allow time to check ingredients and cross reference those with allergies, we are asking that by Wednesday, December 12th an ingredient list any food item planned on being served at a classroom holiday party be submitted to the Health Office for review. This gives us enough time to review, approve and clarify before parties take place. Feel free to submit your ingredient list earlier. Work with the room mom to streamline what parents are bringing. Often times, students end up with so many sweet treats they cannot eat them all. We will continue to work to streamline this process for our community, students, and staff. Thank you for your help with this. We want all children to enjoy class parties while also staying safe.
